Please read these Terms carefully before using Bodiop. By using our Service you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use Bodiop.
Bodiop is a fully automated, AI-powered SaaS platform that delivers daily personalized alerts for jobs, scholarships, grants, training programmes, mentorship, internships, fellowships, and youth empowerment opportunities to Rwandan youth aged 18–35.
The Service includes AI matching and scam filtering, delivery via WhatsApp or email, a free 7-day trial, paid subscription plans, and value-added features including an AI profile builder and success tracker.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have verifiable parental/guardian consent if under 18), a resident of Rwanda or eligible to receive opportunities in Rwanda, and using the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
Billing: Automatic via MTN MoMo or Airtel Money. You authorize us to charge the payment method linked to your account. All prices include applicable Rwandan taxes. We may adjust prices with 30 days' notice.
You agree to provide accurate and complete profile information, not share your account with others, use the Service only for lawful purposes, not reverse-engineer or scrape our automation, and immediately report any suspicious alert.
You are solely responsible for all applications you submit and any outcomes. Bodiop does not guarantee you will receive opportunities, interviews, or success.
Service "AS IS": We provide the Service with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or specific results.
Scam-Free Promise: We use AI to filter known scams. If you receive a scam alert via Bodiop, we will investigate and refund your current month.
Intellectual Property: The Bodiop name, logo, AI workflows, and design are our exclusive property. You may not copy or use them commercially.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Rwandan law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour or fraud, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, you will receive a final confirmation alert.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy and Consent Withdrawal Form, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Bodiop, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.
Material changes will be notified via WhatsApp alert or email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the new effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Kigali.
